This compact nebulizer, which works on mains and on battery, is adjustable and disperses the aerosol in the desired direction thanks to the wind of a fan which drives the droplets emitted near the edge of the disc.
- The liquid is supplied to the disc by a peristaltic pump which sucks the liquid contained in a container via a flexible silicone hose.
- The nebulizer is programmed using push buttons located on the front side next to the display screen. It can operate continuously, spraying the entire programmed quantity of liquid in one go or cyclically alternating between spraying periods and resting periods.
- Programming is done simply by entering the different functions. The effective duration of spraying is obtained by dividing the quantity of liquid to be nebulized by the flow rate. For example with a flow rate of 400 mL / h, it takes a total time of 30 minutes to spray continuously 200 Ml
- The C (cycles) function sets the number of spray cycles. It is adjustable from 1 to 99. The value 1 corresponds to continuous operation.
- Function D (duration) corresponds to the time of each effective spraying cycle. It is adjustable from 0 to 99 minutes and 59 seconds in steps of 1 second. For example, if you choose 10 spray cycles to nebulize 200 Ml., The duration D to program is 3 minutes.
- The R (delay) function defines the time both the time after which the device begins to nebulize and the time between the end of one spraying cycle and the beginning of the next. It is adjustable from 0 to 9 hours and 59 minutes in steps of 1 minute. For example, if you choose a pause time of 5 minutes between the end of one spraying and the start of the next, the nebulization will start after 5 minutes and will continue for 80 minutes.
Other functions and controls
- The nebulizer is provided with a LED allowing visualization from a distance its good functioning.
- The nebulizer is equipped with a liquid presence sensor (CPL) placed just upstream of the disc which automatically stops the rotation of the disc when no liquid is detected.
- The nebulizer stops automatically or does not start if the battery is insufficiently charged.
- At the end of spraying, the nebulizer automatically empties the hydraulic circuit and discharges the non-sprayed liquid into the canister.
- Liquid compatibility: This nebulizer accepts all viscous or non-viscous liquids, non-flammable (the device is not ATEX certified) and compatible with the following materials: 304L stainless steel, silicone, PTFE loaded with graphite and carbon (gasket ), novoprene, edible fat. For some liquids, cleaning of the hydraulic circuit may be necessary to avoid deposits. You just have to program a spraying sequence with a cleaning liquid.
